Prices and payment

Certification services are displayed at their full price of EUR 150, VAT included. Only programme emails on the project eligibility lists may purchase here. Fully funded students receive a 100% discount. Students on the discount-eligible list receive a 50% discount for the first 733 completed purchases; subsequent purchases from that list are charged the full price. One purchase is permitted per programme email across both cycles. Checkout places are temporarily reserved; students outside both lists are directed to certipro.ro. Card payments are processed securely through NETOPIA Payments. CERTIPRO EDUCATION SRL does not store complete card details.

Digital delivery

An order confirmation is sent by email after the order is placed. Access instructions, learning resources, examination information or vouchers are delivered electronically to the email address used for the order, according to the project timetable and the conditions applicable to the selected certification.

Two certification cycles

During 5 October–8 November 2026, students may register for either Cycle 1 or Cycle 2. During 11 January–14 February 2027, registration is available for Cycle 2 only.

Cycle 1

  • Registration: 5 October–8 November 2026 (5 weeks)
  • Learning and preparation: 9 November 2026–3 January 2027 (8 weeks, including the Christmas break)
  • Examination window: 4–31 January 2027 (4 weeks)

Cycle 2

  • Registration: 11 January–14 February 2027 (5 weeks), with early registration also available during the first period
  • Learning and preparation: 15 February–4 April 2027 (7 weeks)
  • Examination window: 5 April–31 May 2027 (8 weeks)
