Role of the parties

CERTIPRO EDUCATION SRL acts as Merchant and contractual seller of the certification services offered on this website. It concludes the distance contract with the customer, receives payment and, through CERTIPRO EDUCATION SRL, issues the fiscal invoice. Pearson provides the relevant international certification programmes as the project certification provider/subcontractor; Pearson is not the seller accepting payment on this website. NETOPIA Payments is the payment processor and is not the seller of the certification service.

Orders, prices and payment

The selected certification, full price, project discount, final amount, VAT treatment and currency are shown before the order is submitted. Card payment is processed through NETOPIA Payments. The contract is concluded when the order is accepted and confirmed electronically.

Service delivery

Certification-related access, preparation information and examination arrangements are supplied electronically according to the published project timetable. Customers must provide accurate order and contact information.

Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

Consumers may exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right using the permanently accessible online withdrawal form. The detailed conditions are set out in the Cancellation and refunds policy. Where a consumer expressly requests performance during the withdrawal period, legal consequences may apply to services already supplied. Eligibility is assessed under OUG 34/2014 and the specific status of the certification access or voucher.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to info@certipro.ro. Consumers may also use the ANPC alternative dispute-resolution platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
