How to request withdrawal

If eligible, submit a clear request within 14 days of purchase and before activation. The permanently available online function is: Withdraw from the contract here

The form requests the course/service, order or invoice number, order date, full name, order email, telephone number and payment method. An immediate timestamped confirmation is sent by email. Submission does not itself confirm refund eligibility.

Refunds

If the request meets the applicable conditions and service provision has not begun, eligible sums are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal is accepted. Refunds are made to the card used for payment through NETOPIA Payments. CERTIPRO EDUCATION SRL does not add a refund fee. Discounts, packages and bonuses are recalculated under their promotional conditions.
